1. Event Rules and Admission

By purchasing a ticket or attending events hosted by La Placita Houston, including the White Linen Party (August 15, 2026) and the Puerto Rican & Cuban Festival (October 31, 2026) at Pearland Town Center, you agree to abide by all event rules. We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly or who fails to comply with these terms.

2. Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued if the event is officially cancelled by the organizers. In the event of a postponement or rescheduling, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.

3. Dress Code Policy

Please note that the White Linen Party strictly enforces a "Strictly White" dress code. All attendees must wear white attire. Entry may be denied without a refund to anyone who fails to follow this mandatory dress code.

4. TABC Compliance and Alcohol Consumption

In accordance with Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) regulations, the consumption and purchase of alcohol at our events are strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual.

5. Waiver of Liability

By attending these large-scale public events at Pearland Town Center, you voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual event, including any personal injury, loss, or damage to property. La Placita Houston, Ferrer Productions, and Pearland Town Center shall not be held liable for any such claims.
